CIPP Sewer Pipe Lining

Trenchless Cured-In-Place Pipe Technology for Long-Lasting Repairs

What is CIPP Pipe Lining?

Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining is a trenchless rehabilitation method that creates a new pipe inside your existing damaged sewer line without excavation. A flexible liner saturated with epoxy resin is inserted into the pipe, then inflated and cured to form a strong, seamless interior pipe.

This innovative technology repairs cracks, leaks, root intrusion, and corrosion while maintaining or improving flow capacity. The result is essentially a brand-new pipe with a 50+ year lifespan.

Inspection

Video camera inspection identifies damage location and severity

02

Cleaning

Hydro-jetting removes debris, scale, and prepares pipe surface

03

Liner Installation

Resin-saturated liner inserted via inversion or pull-in-place

04

Curing

Liner cured with hot water, steam, or UV light to harden

05

Final Inspection

Camera verification ensures proper installation and quality

CIPP Installation Methods

The liner is inverted into the pipe using water or air pressure. This method is ideal for longer runs and pipes with bends. The pressure holds the liner against the pipe wall during curing.

The liner is pulled through the existing pipe using a cable winch. Once in position, it’s inflated and cured. This method works well for shorter sections and provides precise placement.
